Bathroom Tiling Sunningdale

Precision-set porcelain, ceramic and natural stone tiling — level floors, mitred corners, disciplined grout lines and full bonded waterproofing beneath every wet zone. Bathroom tilers covering Sunningdale, Ascot and the surrounding Berkshire and Surrey area.

Where craftsmanship shows

Tiling is what separates a good bathroom from a great one.

Tiling is the most visible part of any bathroom and the trade where cut corners show soonest and longest. Level tiles, straight grout lines, mitred external corners, correctly sealed penetrations — these details are the difference between a bathroom that looks calm and one that always feels slightly off. Our bathroom tilers in Sunningdale approach every wall as if it were their own.

  • Porcelain, ceramic, natural stone and mosaic wall and floor tiles
  • Large-format tiling with levelling systems on every install
  • Feature walls, herringbone floors and mitred external corners
  • Full bonded waterproofing under every tiled wet area
  • Correct grout and silicone choice for the tile and environment
  • Natural stone sealed before grouting and again on completion

What we cover

What we tile.

01

Porcelain tiling

The most versatile and durable option — from marble-effect large format to slim brick tiles.

02

Ceramic tiling

A cost-effective, high-quality choice for walls, with a huge range of colours, finishes and formats.

03

Natural stone

Marble, travertine and limestone, sealed and finished so they still look right long-term.

04

Feature walls

A single statement wall behind the bath or in the shower is one of the highest-impact decisions you can make.

05

Preparation & waterproofing

Wall preparation, boarding where needed and full tanking of shower areas before any tile goes on.

06

Floors & underfloor heating

Correct floor build-ups over underfloor heating, decoupling membranes and properly placed movement joints.

Choosing the right tile for the room

Tile choice is a design decision as much as a practical one, and we help with it as part of our bathroom design service. Large-format porcelain calms a small room; smaller formats and mosaics suit niches, curves and feature areas; natural stone brings character but needs sealing and a little care. Floor tiles need a genuine slip-resistance rating for wet areas, and the tile size should suit the fall in a wet room so the drain can be formed cleanly.

We tile as part of every bathroom installation and renovation we carry out, and we also take on standalone bathroom tiling around Sunningdale, Ascot and Virginia Water where the preparation and waterproofing can be brought up to a standard we're happy to guarantee.

The process

From first call to final walk-through.

  1. 01

    Consultation

We visit your home in Sunningdale or nearby, look at how the room is used, take accurate measurements and talk through what's working and what isn't.

  2. 02

    Design

You receive a considered layout with sanitaryware, tile and storage suggestions and, where it helps, a 3D visual so you can see the finished bathroom before it's built.

  3. 03

    Quotation

A fully itemised written quote covering labour, materials, timings and any preparation work — clear, transparent and fixed before we start.

  4. 04

    Installation

Your dedicated team fit the bathroom with dust sheets, daily clean-downs and clear communication throughout — usually two to three weeks on site.

  5. 05

    Final inspection

A detailed walk-through, snagging, aftercare guidance and a written workmanship guarantee — plus we're a phone call away for anything afterwards.

We had no idea what to do with our awkward family bathroom. The design stage sorted it — they came up with a layout we'd never have thought of, then the same team built it. Having one company do both meant nothing got lost along the way, and the finished room is exactly what was drawn.

Our bathroom hadn't been touched since the house was built. The renovation moved the shower, added a double vanity and the room now feels twice the size. Tidy, polite, on time and the final bill matched the quote to the penny.

We were nervous about a wet room on the first floor, but the tanking and drainage were explained clearly before anything started. It's completely watertight, the walk-in shower is lovely to use and the tiling is immaculate.

New ensuite in our loft conversion. Small space, but the design made it feel generous. Finished a day early with only two snags, both fixed the same week.

A big master bathroom with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower and stone throughout. The standard of finishing is superb — mitred corners, level floors, every silicone line crisp. Honest advice about where to spend and where not to, which we appreciated.

A tiny bathroom that never worked. They designed it around wall-hung fittings, a walk-in shower and a big mirror, and it genuinely feels like a different room. Over ten years of doing this clearly shows — nothing fazed them.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Porcelain is denser, more water-resistant and better suited to floors and heavily used wet zones. Ceramic is a fine choice for walls and gives a wider colour and finish range for less money. We'll advise per project.
